I have known Lena for over 10 years now, and throughout our life journey, her passion, love and drive have only strengthened. She is an incredible soul with a heart of gold, a true hero to all the people that have had the privilege of learning from her. As a fellow yoga instructor, I cannot express how qualified she is to be an incredible force within the Yoga community.
